The VR SpecPAK™ consists of Franklin Electric VR Series multi-stage vertical pumps connected in parallel and mounted on a common base frame. Each pump is 
driven by a NEMA Standard 3-phase motors that is controlled by an individual variable frequency drive (VFD) configured for multi-pump control operation. The 
package is pre-assembled with a main electrical disconnect and individual isolation allowing each circuit to be serviced without the need to power down the 
entire system. By using communication protocols between the VFDs, in the event of a failure or lack of power to the master VFD, the operative drives can continue 
to run the system in a constant pressure mode. Additionally, duty pumps are automatically rotated, ensuring maximum service life and efficiency of the system.

- Configure the VR SpecPAK system with several available options according 
to flow needs, control enclosures (NEMA 1, NEMA 4X), interfaces (Touchscreen 
HMI/PLC) and additional communication ports. 
Added Protection:
- The VR SpecPAK is ASHRAE 90.1-2010 compliant.
- VFDs are designed for pump operation and protection; in the event of a 
failure or loss of power to the master VFD, all of the remaining drives in the 
system can continue to operate.
-Pipe-fill and burst pipe detection functions allow safe, controlled pump 
startup by ensuring consistent filling of piping and reduction in 
water hammer.
Simple Startup, Seamless Integration
- All systems ship pre-porgrammed and fully tested for easy startup on site. 
The default parameters are loaded into a mini-USB for quick reset to 
factory settings.
